Pumpkin Pecan Waffles

- 1 cup Sturdiwheat Almond Pecan Pancake Mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin pie mix (We used canned Libby's Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix which includes spices and sugar.)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.
- Pour batter into preheated waffle maker and cook until crisp on the outside, about 2-4 minutes for most waffle makers.
Notes
To prepare as pancakes, cook in skillet about 2 minutes per side.
