Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cupcakes
Yes… chocolate chocolate chip cupcakes!! We are finding so many recipes you can substitute some of the ingredients with our pancake mix. Recipe hacks we love! These choclatey cupcakes are made with our Sturdiwheat Original Pancake Mix. They are light and full of chocolate gooeyness. MMMM…grab a glass of milk, these are delish!

- 1 1/2 cups Sturdiwheat Original Pancake Mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients just until combined. Fill each cup 3/4 full.
- Bake in prepared 400°F oven for 15-19 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
