
Fruit Pizza couldn’t be easier! Celebrate any summery gathering with this stunning yet simple treat. Using our Apple Crisp Topping Mix, all you add is butter to make the crust, bake it in any style of pan and decorate!
Depending on how thin you like the crust to be, choose a pan or pans to spread out the crust mixture. Top with cream cheese frosting and colorful fruit. This can be cut into squares for smaller bites and holds together very well without getting soggy if you make it a day ahead.

Easiest Fruit Pizza
Just Add Butter Crust

Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 9x13 baking dish or for a thinner crust use 1/4 baking sheet
Ingredients
- 1 Bag Sturdiwheat Apple Crisp Topping Mix
- 1 cup Butter Room Temperature
- 2 8oz Packages Cream Cheese Room Temperature
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 3-4 Cup Assorted Fresh Fruit
Instructions
- Pour entire Apple Crisp Topping Mix into bowl and cut in the softened butter with a knife until the butter bits are about pea sized
- Pour mixture into selected baking dish and very lightly pat it down so it is spread out evenly
- Bake at 325F for 30 minutes
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla together until combined
- Spread frosting mixture over the crust after it's cooled and decorate with fresh fruit
