1 Bag Sturdiwheat Sweet Cardamom Bread Mix
1 tsp. Baking Soda
4 Tsp. Baking Powder
4 oz. Unsalted Butter…cut into 32 pieces and rub into dry mixture until pea size pieces.
1 Cup Raisins…stir into dry mix
1 ¼ cup Buttermilk or Yogurt…using a fork mix into dry mixture until forms a ball.
Drop out onto a floured counter or cutting board.
Divide into two equal pieces. Form each piece into a flat disc 2” thick.
Cut each disc into six pieces. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25–30 minutes.
