2 TBLS Cornstarch

1 cup water

4cups chopped rhubarb

Spread in bottom of 9×13 pan

Mix Sturdiwheat Apple Crisp Topping Mix with 2 sticks of butter as directed on package and crumble on top of fruit mixture.

Bake in 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes or until light brown and fruit is bubbly.

Serve warm in your favorite dessert dishes with ice cream or fresh whipped cream!
