Makes 1 free form loaf
1 bag Sturdiwheat Sweet Cardamom Bread Mix
2 eggs
¾ Cup Water
1 tsp. Orange Zest
Mix and let rise 30-45 minutes
Roll dough out into a 12” x 8” rectangle
½ Cup Cranberries
½ Cup Chopped Apricots
½ Cup Toasted Slivered Almonds
Sprinkle evenly over rolled dough and roll up snuggly from short end.
Place on parchment paper and let rise 30-45 minutes.
Make 8 diagonal slits on top of loaf
Brush with egg wash – Mix 1 egg with 2 Tbsp. Milk
Bake 40-50 minutes
Glaze with-
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp. Orange juice
