We compared our Original Sturdiwheat Pancake Mix to another premium pancake mix available from your supermarket and online. Premium “added” ingredients were used in the pricing comparison. The costs of ingredients were found at a local supermarket on May 7, 2013. The amount of dry product used (7.715 oz) is the equivalent to the amount of dry mix called for in the competitor’s instructions. Makes 10-15 pancakes depending on the size.
