Fresh Sweet Corn added to our tasty
Sturdiwheat Corn Pancake Mix!
Start with Studiwheat Corn Cakes Pancake Mix
Cook fresh sweet corn and cut kernels off the cob
(you can use heated canned or frozen corn too)
Heat griddle
In a medium bowl add
- 1 cup Sturdiwheat Corn Cake Pancake Mix
- 1 cup water
- Let sit a few minute
Pour 1/4 cup pancake batter on your heated griddle and add fresh cooked sweet corn kernels. Cook until bubbles appear, flip and cook until lightly browned.
Serve with butter and top with more sweet corn!!

OR toss in any fresh garden vegetable you have picked!
Use fresh picked sweet corn (cooked) or canned whole kernel corn and toss in some
green peppers, orange peppers, onions and spice ’em up! Top with fresh diced tomatoes….mmmmmmm
Serve with your favorite eggs, so easy and sooooooooooo delicious!
