Seasoned Roasted Potatoes
Scrub and cut up 4 medium potatoes into 1” cubes (peeled or unpeeled) Place about 1/3 cup of Sturdiwheat Fish Coating mix into a bag or bowl along with potatoes, shake or stir potatoes until coated. Optional- add 1- 2 Tbsp oil at this point for crispier potatoes add chopped onion & peppers Use 1 -2 TBSP. oil on a sheet pan or 9×13 cake pan and spread out potatoes. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-35 minutes, turning potatoes one or two times during baking. Serve with baked chicken, fish or steak. Don’t forget Sturdiwheat’s Baguette Bread Mix and an Apple Crisp Topping Mix for dessert!
