Wash fish fillets under cold water, pat dry.
Beat 1 egg and 1/2 cup water together.
Dip fish fillets into egg wash then roll in Sturdiwheat Fish Coating (Original, Lemon or Cajun) NO MSG!!
Let fish sit 10-15 minutes ( the mix will adhere better during frying)
Pour enough oil into a heavy skillet to cover one fourth of fillet while frying
Heat oil to 350-360 degrees over medium heat.
Fry fish until golden brown- about 3-5 minutes on each side, only turn fish once, drain on paper towel lined plate.
Serve with your favorite tartar sauce, cooked vegetable, Sturdiwheat’s Baguette Bread Mix and one of
Sturdiwheat’s great dessert mixes.
