June 21, 2017 By Sturdiwheat Lemon Bars Summer is here! Sturdiwheat’s Shortbread Mix makes the perfect crust for any bar. Prepare Sturdiwheat’s Shortbread Mix as directed on package and pat into a 9×13 baking dish. Bake crust for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat together: 4 eggs 2 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 5 TBLS Fresh lemon Juice Dash of salt Pour over baked crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar!
