Sturdiwheat’s Shortbread Mix makes the perfect crust for any bar.
Prepare Sturdiwheat’s Shortbread Mix as directed on package and pat into a 9×13 baking dish.
Bake crust for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
5 TBLS Fresh lemon Juice
Dash of salt
Pour over baked crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Cool and sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar!
