Fresh peaches are the ultimate for peach pie and crisp!
We have been busy baking peach crisp with our Apple Crisp Topping Mix!
Everyone agrees it is absolutely an easy dessert and so aromatic.
Peel and slice 8- 10 fresh medium sized peaches
Mix 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 TBLS flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tsp lemon juice
Combine sugar mixture with sliced peaches.
Turn into baking dish (9×13)
Prepare Sturdiwheat Apple Crisp Topping Mix as directed, sprinkle on top and pat lightly.
Bake at 375 degress for 45 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is light brown.
Serve warm with fresh whipped cream or vanilla bean ice cream!
