Irish Soda Bread – OH THE LUCK!
- Sturdiwheat Bump Top Beer Bread Mix
- 2 tsp Caraway Seeds
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 ¼ cup Buttermilk
- 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 9” round baking dish.
In bowl combine Sturdiwheat’s Bump Top Beer Bread Mix, Caraway Seeds and Baking Soda.
Add Raisins and stir.
Mix Buttermilk with Eggs and stir into dry ingredients.
Spread in prepared round baking dish.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove from pan and serve warm.
