Brunch or a special event. These personal fruit pizzas are a hit!
- Sturdiwheat Sweet As Sugar Cookie Mix or Sturdiwheat Shortbread Mix
- 2 – 8 oz. packages Cream Cheese softened
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 cups diced strawberries, kiwi or any of your favorite fruits.
- 1 cup whole blueberries or small blackberries.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Spread on individual cookies and top with diced fruit and whole blueberries.
Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
