Pass along the tradition!
We made these easy tarts growing up with my grandma and my mom. Now my daughter is making them too!
Look at these great Minnesota shaped tarts out of pie crust trimmings and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Mix and let rest in refrigerator as directed. Roll out dough on a floured bread board or floured counter top and cut into your favorite shapes. Have each family member choose their favorite cookie cutter or hand cut their own shapes!
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes or until bottom edges turn slightly brown.
Cool and enjoy with a cold glass of milk!
