Oh yeah! Next on our list for the air fryer was potatoes! And they didn’t disappoint.
Nicely seasoned and very tender and in only 15-20 minutes!
Want to try them, we have some tips.
- 3-4 medium potatoes cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes (optional soak in water for 30 minutes)
- 2 TBLS. vegetable oil or olive oil
- 1 cup Sturdiwheat Cajun Coating Mix (or Sturdiwheat Original Coating Mix)
- Spray oil
Do ahead tip:
Peel 3 -4 medium potatoes.
Cut into 1 1/2″ cubes (soaking in water for 30 minutes is optional).
Toss potatoes in large bowl with vegetable oil or olive oil.
Add Sturdiwheat Coating Mix and toss again until well coated.
Spray air fryer basket with spray oil before adding potatoes.
Add potatoes to air fryer basket.
Insert basket in fryer and set temperature at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
Pull out basket and turn potatoes or shake them and put back in for 8 more minutes.
Salt to your liking and enjoy as a side with your favorite meal.
