Shortbread with Strawberries and Ice Cream!

Oh such a great summer treat!

Mix up a package of our Shortbread Mix as directed and bake.

Let cool and cut into serving size pieces. Serve each piece with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries!
