Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip
2- 8oz. Package of Cream Cheese (softened)
1-Can 14 oz. Small Artichoke Hearts (drained and chopped)
2-Cups of Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese (set 1 cup aside for top)
1- 10oz. Package of Frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed & drained)
1/2-Cup Real Mayonnaise
1-Clove Minced Garlic
Mix all together and spread in round pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining 1 cup of Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until light brown.
Serve warm with Sturdiwheat’s Bump Top Beer Bread, Multi Grain Crackers or Corn Chips!
