- 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups peanut butter
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 8 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups Sturdiwheat High Protein Hot Cereal
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups M&M's
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream together brown sugar, sugar, peanut butter and butter. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
Add rolled oats, Sturdiwheat cereal, flour, corn syrup, and baking soda. Mix until combined.
Stir in M&M's and chocoalte chips.
Drop 3-ounce portions (about 1/3 cup) of dough onto baking sheet. Bake in prepared 350°F oven for 12-15 minutes.
