Caramel Sauce 1 cup butter 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup honey 2 teaspoons vanilla Using a medium sized sauce pan, stir in all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat, stir lightly, serve warm. Sauce will thicken when cool.
