You should know that Sturdiwheat remains the preeminent pancake resource.  We just ate breakfast at Polly's Pancake Parlor in Sugar Hill, New Hampshire, which has received a state award for excellence, but we did not feel their pancakes hels a candle to Sturdiwheat!
