Holiday Spread

  • Baked loaf of Sturdiwheat's Limpa Sweet Rye Bread
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp orange rind
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup sweetened, dried cranberries (such as Ocean Spray Craisins)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts

Mix together cream cheese, orange rind, honey, cranberries and walnuts.

Spread on sliced Sturdiwheat Limpa Sweet Rye Bread.
