Cream sugars, butter and peanut butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in remainder of ingredients (except M&M's and chocolate chips). Hand mix in M&M's and chocolate chips. Drop approx. 3 oz. of dough for each cookie onto baking sheet. Bake at 350˚ for 12 - 15 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen 3 oz. cookies.
