Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 cup Sturdiwheat Cereal
  • 21⁄4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3⁄4 cup sugar
  • 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Mix dry ingredients. Set aside. Cream butter with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375° for 8-10 min. or until golden brown.

Makes 4 dozen 2 oz. cookies.
