Carrot Bran Muffins
Mix oil, sugars, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix baking soda, Sturdiwheat cereal and flour in a separate bowl. Mix cereal mixture and buttermilk alternately into the creamed sugar mixture. Add bran and water mixture. Stir in carrots and raisins. Bake at 350˚ for 25 - 30 minutes. Makes 24 large 4 oz. muffins. Recipe courtesy of Sturdiwheat.com |
