Rolls or Breadsticks

1 bag, any flavor of our yeast bread mix, makes 12 Rolls or 24 Breadsticks

  1. Make bread in machine on dough cycle, or by hand (let rise an hour).
  2. Divide dough into 12 (Rolls), or 24 (Breadsticks) pieces.
  3. Form into balls, or long ropes.
  4. Place on lightly greased sheet pan.
  5. Raise 30 minutes for Rolls, or 15 minutes for Breadsticks.
  6. Brush with olive oil, or egg wash (1 egg mixed with 2 TBSP water), sprinkle with Poppyseeds or Sesame Seeds.
  7. Bake at 350°, 20-25 minutes for Rolls or at 400°, 10-15 minutes for Breadsticks.
