Pumpkin Bars
- 1 cup Sturdiwheat Pancake Mix
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1⁄2 tsp. cloves
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups pumpkin (15oz.)
- 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1⁄2 tsp. ginger
- 1⁄2 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup water
Frosting
- 1-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3⁄4 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 3⁄4 stick of butter
- 1 Tbsp. milk
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine oil, sugar, pumpkin, and water. Mix well. Add the sifted dry ingredients, bake in a 10 x 15 greased and floured pan for 25-30 minutes.
