sw-blog004We caught this walleye on Lake Pepin last weekend and fried it up with a bag of the Sturdiwheat Lemon fish coating.  Unbeatable flavor,  we will never use shore lunch again!

dsc_17431These were so easy to make and they were the best apple cinnamon pancakes I’ve ever had!  I had never tried to cook over the coals with cast iron before and was thrilled with the result.  I just set the skillet on the coals, threw a little butter in the bottom and poured in the batter.  They were amazing!
