Cook one serving of the Sturdiwheat hot cereal as directed and add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of milk (any type of milk including soy) and a handful of raisins.
Delicious!!

I don't have a recipe exactly but I love to add the Sturdiwheat hot cereal to my oatmeal in the mornings. It really enhances the flavor and I feel like I'm eatting even healthier. My husband loves it to. Many times I also add some thawed frozen berries to it...mmm mmm good.

Easy--cook as directed and use maple syrup instead of sugar and if you want a few nuts--I like pecans.
