Asparagus Corn Bread
Asparagus and Sturdiwheat’s Midwest Corn Bread Mix!
1 1/4 Cup chopped 1/2 ” pieces of Asparagus (reserve the head end for the top of Corn Bread)
1 Package Sturdiwheat Midwest Corn Bread Mix.
Mix Sturdiwheat’s Midwest Corn Bread Mix as directed on package with butter and water.
Fold in chopped asparagus.
Pour into ungreased 8″x 8″ baking dish and arrange asparagus heads in sunburst design on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean)
